In FIVE words: I AM FEELING REALLY LAZY!
Hope to strike up enough motivation to do at least a 30 minute routine. Not feeling like eating today either. I know I NEED to, but nothing really sounds good or appetizing. hmmm... maybe I will take a piece of fish out of the freezer and make some rice!
No real goals today... other than don't put any "bad" food in my mouth! Its 11:43 and so far I am reaching my goal!
