Weighed in today.

I weighed in today. Its been 7 days. I have lost just under 3 pounds. I am pleased with that. I have been to the gym only 2 times, because I have been hindered by family members stomach virus. Thankfully I have not got it! The times I went to the gym, I was able to do circuit, cardio and also attend a 45 minutes spin class! That was fun! I plan to go again- as soona s this bug leaves and I can take my kids to the Childwatch again! Today, I am headed to Game Stop to see if I can find a discounted Zumba belt for Wii. I could make one, but let's face it, I don't have time to do that right now. I bought the Zumba game a week ago and have not been able to play it yet. *sigh* Today is the day! I need to drink more water today too...

Dear Conscience,

You have been doing a good job! Keep it up! I still sneak a snack here or there, but overall I have been MUCH MUCH Better! You are a true friend when I am weak! Eating breakfast has certainly not hurt either!

No More, Fatty!!

Dear Abbey,
You have become a fat ass, lazy, crappy eater! What have you done to yourself? Why have you let this happen? You have found excuse after excuse for why you "can't" do whatever it is you need to do to get yourself in shape. Its time to throw the excuses out the freakin' window and get your ass moving! This is plainly ridiculous and a shabby attempt at making yourself feel better for your laziness and bad habits!
You used to take pride in your health. You have been generally a healthful person over the years, why are you so willing to throw all that away? Don't you want to be able to run around and have fun? Don't you want to smile again? Don't you know that being more active will help your mental health? Of course you know all that stuff! But you are ignoring it right now. You need to CHANGE! These changes need to happen NOW! Not tomorrow, not next week...RIGHT NOW! Are you gonna do it or not? I will not waste my time helping you if you will not help yourself! You want yo be in this wedding? You want to get down to wedding size for your 10 year anniversary? You want to look in the mirror naked and approve of what you see? Then stop SHOULDING on yourself and DO IT!
Here is the plan:
  1.  Think positive!
  2. Drink more water..before you drink that coffee drink your water!
  3. 30 minutes of heart pumping action a day...BEFORE LUNCH and again AFTER lunch!
  4. EAT Breakfast and lunch
  5. EAT snacks... make them fruit and whole grain or veggie and protein!
  6. No more snacks after supper-You are eating late enough.
  7. Pat yourself on the back for any accomplishments made through out the day. ANYTHING!
  8. Weigh in 1x per week.
Are you ready to make these commitments? If not, then fine sit there and get fatter and less healthy. I am sure your kids will love it later when they have to help you do everything cuz you are still a fatty! I will be here to help you, encourage you, slap your wrist away from the cookie jar and to pat you on the back. I will talk to you soon, but i expect to see a new you very, very soon!
